The name associated with your account which you may modify in your account settings is publicly displayed and connected to your Ace Shoppers activity.

Ace Shoppers does not take title to returned items after delivery to the customer. A refund can be processed when item is confirmed to be damaged in transit to delivery address. However, refund would not be processed for items damaged after the delivery to a customer. Refund process takes 24-48 hours.

Every customer has a wallet associated with their account which allows multiple payment methods to be stored and used for purchases.
Every payment goes through a rigorous verification process to detect potential fraud. As one of our verification steps we may authorize your card for a small amount and ask you to verify the amount before we accept payment. This authorization is not a charge, but the bank may hold the authorized funds as unavailable until the authorization expires.
Resolving a Declined Payment
